Serving my community as a Board Certified Social Worker for more than 25 years has allowed me to develop a reputation for being personable and yet honest and direct in helping my clients face their life challenges.

I enjoy supporting clients at all stages in their life - whether they are navigating early career challenges or facing changes in later years.

My philosophy is that psychotherapy is a personal journey of self-exploration.  I strive to help my clients achieve greater self-awareness and the ability to make better choices for their life.  When working with a client, I endeavor to understand their objectives for counseling and support them to reach their short and long-term goals.
